Its GOOD place to stay, cheap and clean. But you have to understand its place in Deira. If its first Time în Dubai you have to understand that Deira its the old City. But if you know Deira, yes, its a really GOOD place to stay. I recommend 🙏

Best location, close to metro station and all basic amenities. Very helping staff. Great level of cleanliness and hygiene. As oppossed to other negative reviews I must say that they don't have any cockroaches or smell in the rooms. Very happy with the service. Highly recommended.

I don’t have a breakfast on my booking. The location is perfectly right for my business appointment. One thing i really like are the staff especially Mr. Hamid the bellboy. He is very attentive and so much helpful on my request to have a functional tv. Mr. Hamid delivers the service with utmost confidence and diligence. He is definitely an asset to this organization. Keep it up Mr. Hamid. Thank you for your service.👍😊🙌

Location is very good, restaurants and shopping mall around, Metro station and bus stops closer, Staff are very friendly and helpful, Mr. Danzil and Mr. Hameed also the Egyptian Lady in receptionist very supportive and kind. i stayed 28 days between March and April and will come again :)

Location is very nice near to shopping Malls and restaurants, Bus stop and Metro station, staff are friendly and supportive Mr. Denzil in reception is very helpful and respected. Also I thanks Mr. Hameed for his outstanding services and assistance, very kind and gentleman.

Underestimated hotel in Deira. Comfortable beds, bath tube, fridge, very friendly front desk. Please keep in mind the price. Some backpacker hostels for 2 are more expensive. Mall close by. Metro close by. I make quality tests since 3 years. In Dubai you will not find better price for a double room in a 3 star hotel near metro.
